Hey!
I'm from Milwaukee, WI and I enjoy driving a Semi.
I'm not as driven as I used to be.
Now you know where the name SemiDriven comes from. lol
I compose songs with original lyrics, using AI to assist with melodies, instruments, and vocals. *
I'm also involved musically in a local band (Inner Ally) as well as one of the area's great churches (The Ridge Community Church).
As inspiration and time permit, I'll drop more singles here.
Thank you for visiting!
Christopher
* I find this description helpful for using Artificial Intelligence in song creation:
"Let’s face it, we’re all influenced by those who have come before us. In the realm of music, AI simply synthesizes a variety of musical styles and presents a model(s) of what you or I MIGHT like for a given composition. On the one hand, some interpret AI as “borrowing” or “stealing” content from original content creators. On the other hand, is that really the case?
Let’s be honest: most professional musicians don’t invent entirely new genres. They borrow, remix, and reinterpret the work of those who came before them. That’s not theft — it’s how culture evolves.
So why is it suddenly "stealing'" when AI does the same thing?
Artists have always stood on the shoulders of others. AI just does it at scale, with precision. If a human puts their spin on a blues riff, it’s homage. If an AI model does it? Outrage.
The truth is, the discomfort isn’t about ethics — it’s about competition. We’re not used to seeing tools get this good at remixing art.
The future of creativity isn’t man vs machine. It’s man with machine — or man left behind.”
